Carrier Accept

A legal yes from the carrier. Then tracking if you want it.

Email the tender. The carrier taps Accept. The load shows Approved. Turn on Mode B when you also want CheckPoint without a second click. Database names still say Load Offer. The product name is Carrier Accept.

Two modes

Pick Accept only, or Accept then CheckPoint.

Admin → Carrier Accept Settings. SendGrid must show Connected for email Accept. Mode B story is Accept + auto CheckPoint. Dispatcher sends from View Load — never Bot Send; no Mode B SMS marketing.

Mode A

Accept only

Email tender. Carrier taps Accept. Load shows Approved. No CheckPoint. Use this when you want the yes and you will track later, or not at all.

Mode B

Accept + auto CheckPoint

Same yes, then the dispatcher path sends the load to CheckPoint (Mode B). Tracking starts without a second manual step. Fast Dispatch shows the CP Sent flag.

01

Outside carrier

On the load. Not the old Send Freight Agreement. Not a driver Standard Load Offer.

02

Send Accept

Email path. Dispatcher can get a notice when they Accept.

03

Approved

Load status moves. Mode B also Dispatches and sends CheckPoint.

04

Map

When CheckPoint is on, the tracking link is the carrier window.

Where it lives

Admin → Setup → Carrier Accept Settings, also under Mobile Communications. CheckPoint Setup must be ready for Mode B. Switches are on a per-company path. If Accept is off, the office does not see the send.
